Custom domain with default Android Email app

Hi all,

I am using fastmail.fm as my email provider with my own custom domain name. I linked my custom domain name with fastmail.fm and also configure my custom domain name as a "reply to" address so I could both send and receive mails through this custom domain name on the web interface.

I want to do the same thing via my default android email app, (Nexus 4, Kitkat 4.4) however, I found the application lacks the option to specified my custom "reply to" address. The app requires me to input fastmail.fm address as login credential and lack "reply to" option.

I'm afraid you can not do so, as the default android email app does not provide such functionality. You need other third party apps such as k9, an open source email client for Android which offer very good functionality, including the ability to set the reply to address, the very feature you're looking for.

Good luck.
