I want to make a .html file with a few links + background and set it as my Home screen in the web browser.

Is there a way I can save this .html file to my sd card and set it as my home screen?

Also will it work when I pull in a css file and some jquery?

I have put the files on to my sd card but can not see to get the browser to open them.

    Thanks

If it does recognize the file then the placement would be key. Find where the other bookmarks are and copy the file to that location, most likely it is not on the card.

    Thats a good idea,

When I use a file browser it will let me open the file as text, but not let me open the file in a browser. Is there a address I should try in my browser?

    like

    "/sdcard/homepage/html"
