    Hi there

This rooting malarkey is on the higher end of my technical ability so its a miracle I have got to where I am
    Phone has been rooted
Runnymede Custom Rom has been installed.

However, when trying to open some applications (Facebook, Internet etc) I get a 'application has stopped unexpectedly message' which asks me to force close.

I have had a look everywhere and just can seem to find a definitive or dummies guide to resolve this issue.

    Any help would be appreciated

There are no dummies guides to resolution of technical issue as it requires logical and lateral thinking.

First things, did you meet all the requirements in the thread?

Not sure what you mean but have a feeling this might be a big part of the problem. Get the feeling there are files missing which help the applications to run.

Yes I did as per the instruction

Im asking if you used titanium backup or any other backup application to restore things you had on previous roms? Have you tried a factory reset since the issue surfaced?

I restored using the facility on Clockwork Mod Recovery.

Yes, I done a factory reset but it made no difference

no you cant restore application data with CWM. if factory reset still gave the issue, its definitely a rom / your device setup issue. If your partition is big enough on sd ext and you flashed the correct rom for your hboot, recommend trying a different rom
