Ok, first of all, I need you savvy people to know, I am so new to smartphones it's not funny. I saw a girl yesterday who had an android. She had many cool custimizations on her phone. One thing I liked was she had a picture on her wallpaper (her wallpaper wasn't a picture) but it was just on there. If she touched the top, it called her boyfriend. Tapping the bottom texted him. Does anyone know how to do this? She mentioned she got a lot of her features from launcher ex or something like that but I'm not sure if she used that for this feature. Does anyone know how to do this??? Thanks!
