Most CWM flash-able ROMs advise you to use the EL26 kernel with CWM to flash the ROM. Follow the instructions for the ROM you wish to flash. There are One click installs too. those do require the use of a pc but are very easy to do.

this link is to my post in a thread on here and has links to some of the ROMs available for this phone.

I am running on FL04 which is a Jelly Bean ROM, and do like it very much. Take a look at them and try some to see which ones you like.

FK23, FL04, FL16, and GA10 ROMs have changes in the partitions on the phone some. I would not trust using CWM on them at this moment. There are repacked kernels for these with AGAT recovery that do work. However these have some issues that haven't all been worked out yet. So please read the posts on those kernels BEFORE using them so you understand the issues and how to avoid/deal with them.

PS: If you are running one of the leaked JB ROMs, your phone's model number no longer contains BST. It is an SPH-D710. The BST only signifies it has a Boost ROM on it.
