Cyanogen mod,Google sevices has stopped

Hi guys,just updated my cyanogenmod to newest build,and when i start it it says:Google play sevices has stopped,i press ok,but it it is happened again,same with music,clock.I cant get anywhere because of this.Seems that it happens only with gapps.Any help?If you do not understand i can post video.

If it were a major upgrade, you need to flash the Gapps appropriate to your version again:

Hi,uninstall update in play services, open G+ app this will prompt to update play services ,tap to update, clear cache in storage, reboot device.
