This isn't a ROM release, nor do I have any information about this. But the point of this thread is: Does anybody know anything at all about CM being ported/developed for the Ally? I finally got around to using Trident's great guide for pushing 2.2.1 and I think that Velocity V1 is great. If you know anything at all, please post it here!

    Thanks.

Getitnowmarketing has been working on porting cm7 to our phones, but is in the early stages of doing so. Cm6 could be ported but we would not have camera access nor would any other rom that is ported that is made from source.

Thanks for the info. I had CM on my old Eris and it was great.

I'm sorta hoping that CM is brought to the Ally. The fact of some diversity to the phone would bring a different element to the table -- NOT that I'm dissing on Velocity!! I'm just suggesting that the possibility of having more than just Velocity or Bryon would be nice.
