Damaged SD Card - You may have to reformat it

So what are my other options?

This phone is only two weeks old.. shouldn't have a dodgy SD card. And it was fine all of 5 minutes ago..

Ok.. so i've taken the SD card out blew on it, dusted it and all that..

and now it is 'Mounted ReadOnly' - The SD card has an unexpected problem.

Still a bit baffled as to what to do..

Is this the SD card that came with the phone, or another?

Came with the phone.. it was a 4gb samsung brand i think.

Have you tried another card?

Same issue = problem with phone = take it back

No issue = problem with card = take it back or bite the bullet and buy a decent card anyway
