-This is based off an alpha HTC leak. There will be bugs, and there will be kernel panics causing random reboots. There is no way around this, but they seem to be focused around the inital install and setup of rom.
-Unexpected closing of browser is usually due to missing Flash.
-Camera does not work with stock kernel, which imo, is faster than imoseyon's or my kernel. Until we get source, I suspect this will always be the case.
-USB mass storage mounting does work.
-This rom is deodexed. Odexed causes issues with being harder to find themes, etc that work, and is only faster on the first boot. After, they are identical in performance and usage.
-If you have trouble with MMS, go to settings, MMS connection settings and change name to Verizon. I will fix this later.
i'm going to wait until it gets cleaned up

hrm, thanks for pointing it out. I'm sure we won't have to wait much longer for more stable GB releases anyways.

Just to point out Imoseyon's kernel does fix the camera issue... however if you use that you will have to use the work around (install an .apk) to mount the sd card via USB.
I personally like the Imoseyon kernel that he released for GB, I know that it doesn't work for all phones but it has run very smooth on mine.

i am one of the unfortunate ones whose phone didnt care mucyh for the imoseyon kernel 
im excited to see this,as i was gingervitis,but with no kernel source code,and everthing being based off the leak,i think im going to possibly stick with the leak and stock kernel until there is another leak
or maybe ill try one or both of them over the weekend

I really want to wait until there is at least a beta version released before I make the jump.
Now that the BAMF team released a version I dont know if I cant hold out much longer..
Is the alarm clock and calendar working?
I know those were some of the original issues and I need a working calendar and alarm clock.

Up and running for about thirty minutes now. Zero reboots thus far. The imo kernel suits my phone better as it did on froyo. Really smooth. Only complaint is my signal definitely decreased with the new radio. From five bars to two! 3g speeds are comparable though (no 4G here).

well,i flashed 2.0-3 over 2.0-2 over 2.0 and everthing seems fine. must be that they just didnt change the kernel version... i must have imo's kernel since the camera seems to be working fantastically. also working are bluetooth and picture messages. so far im happy 
lots of neat little differences in the 3.0 bits... the only one im not real tickled with is the mms. looks like the handcent conversations,wich remind me of miui and apple(my ipod looks alot like it). but everything else is sweet

Installed this today, i dunno. maybe its me but i really dont see much of a improvement.
Where did the bar at top go? (with clock, network signal, etc..)

Installed 2.0 last night and notice after booting that a few of my apps force close (sms unread count, LP+ and WL) I got it all setup and then 2.0-2 came out, tried to flash over and my phone went ape shit. Restored my backup of 2.0 and all was well, except the force closes still. I'm going to do a fresh install of 2.0-3 right now, I hope it works better than 2.0. Even though I've had issues, this ROM is still very, very nice. Even though I hate sense, I kind of dig the 3.0 elements (although I get tried of them quickly)

I'm pretty sure that's an option you need to enable in the camera settings
edit: I couldn't find any time stamp setting on 2.0-3. That's a shame because I really liked that feature

When my friend got the TB before I did, I kept telling her to enable date stamp in the options. She kept saying that she couldn't find that option. I thought she was just being a typical newbie and didn't know where to look. I got my own TB a few weeks later, and I was shocked that it wasn't there!
And sadly, looks like we still won't have the date stamp.
I wonder if a dev could port over a camera from the EVO or something. Not even sure the EVO has date stamp either.

Just loaded test 3. Haven't had it on very long so don't know yet if I'm gonna get any random reboots but so far so good for the first hour. Let me just say this is AMAZING!!! Super fast and super smooth. The 3.0 camera is friggin' amazing. All around one of the best roms I've seen as long as everything functions as it should. I'll edit this if I run into any problems.

Just had to say how impressed I am with 2.0.3!! My phone is just as stable as stripped 1.1 was! I'm literally in shock how they put this together from a pre alpha build. It's mind blowing to me. I've even dropped all the speeds of Imoseyon's Kernel by 50vdd each and the phone is taking it like a champ. I know 4 was just released, but 3 is running so great for me I'm not updating again until it's something major. Awesome doesn't do justice to how great this ROM is

im must say... im quite happy with it as well. i havent messed with the kernel,but i went thru the whole day with no reboots,bluetooth worked fine,and data seemed a bit more reliable. definately less stuff broken here than in the OTA leak.
only complaints were the lockscreen would stop displaying the forecast and id have to clear adw defaults and let sense run long enuff to get the forecast back in the weather widget,then it would work again.
as i mentioned, i hate the 3.0 mms. however,i am in love with this lockscreen if anything is capable to luring me to the dark side of sense,this is it,lol. the other 3.0 bits are neat,but like worm said i will prolly get tired of them pretty quickly... that is usually the case when i run sense roms.
guess ill see in a few days if i get tired of weather on my lockscreen and moving that lil ring around

Lock screen is very cool, but it destroyed my battery. I had to stop using it about an hour ago. I don't think I'll ever be able to stop using widgetlocker for good anyways
AFA 3.0 mms, if you use a 3rd party sms, like handcent, gosms, you can freeze/remove mms.apk. I had a problem with sms unread count only opening stock messaging, so I removed it and all is well again

i think maybe im with ya here.
i just looked at the changelog:
--Ported toolkit. Note, spare parts battery history force closes at this time.
--Removed Sense 3.0 camera. Trying to reduce bugs, not add to them. Sorry about that.
--New gtalk w/ video. Haven't tested heavily.
i could care less about gtalk,and im not having any issues(that i know of yet) with the camera. ill have to read thru the thread and see what bugs hes refering to. my camera actually didnt work in 2.0-2,so im thinking maybe ill leave it well enuff alone for now

I just tried the Netflix app on this ROM and I dont get the License notification! It will begin to play and play continuously but the problem is that I dont get picture. Just audio. I posted here because I obviously has something to do with either the rom or gingerbread. Would love to know what changed so maybe we can get video.

Awesome ROM ... its stable for me and i love it... the one thing thats weird to me is that when you want to uninstall an app, the settings and the text data go all crazy on me ... just have to go back press on the app and there ...
