Support Data connection failed

    I bought a used working EVO. I activated it and I noticed that when I turn it on, The data connection does not start. When I go into Settings/Wireless & networks, the Monile Network says Connection failed. If I turn it off and back on, it connects fine. Is there a setting that I am missing that is causing this problem? I rooted it before activating so I don't know if I should take it back to stock. But I would prefer not to.

    Sounds like you need to re-provision data.

    from the launcher screen push menu > Settings > System Updates > Update Profile

    If that doesn't work just visit the sprint store.
