Data loss after update

After updateing to 4.1.2 from 4.1.1 mobile data is slow to none on everything. Sometimes not working at all.

Loads of things can go wrong after an update. Its often best to factory reset. I wrote a thread about this linked in the "Excuse me" sticky thread.
