Data network poll service has stopped

Hi everyone, I am having a problem with my digital signage to connect with the internet. I am using the sim card to connect to the internet. it was working fine before. but now it is giving error " data network poll service has stopped". please give me advice if anyone knows about it. thanks.

Have you exceeded your data limit, out of credit etc? Check with the carrier for those.

No mate, it has not exceeded data limit. what i did now i put the same sim card in 3g router and connect digital signage with it. but i am still looking for reason why it gave error data network poll service has stopped. thanks, i appreciate your help
