Support Data not working ... at all

    Has anyone had an issue where the data just does not work...at all? I have a CLN phone since my original kept on getting ravaged by the vaunted My Verizon app. At about 10 am today I noticed my phone wasn't connected to 4G, 3G or even 1X. The last email that made it through was at 9:15, so I know I did absolutely nothing to the phone to change anything.

    I've restarted the phone, shut it down, taken the battery out, taken the sim card out, talked to Verizon (factory reset? noooooo! I've done that too many times), switched the data on and off, switched airplane mode on and off, etc. and it won't connect to any data networks. Only wifi works.

    Mine has done it a couple times late last week but I was able to restart it and get data back. Not sure what is going on either.

    Pretty sure it's a verizon thing. I had that happen a few times with this phone AND 2 DIFFERENT Blackberry's. In the case of the Blackberry's, there'd be times when I could not get data (3G) to go through at all for up to two days. Then, it would mysteriously start working again! I did restarts, battery pulls, service book resets, force reconnects (where it forces the phone to connect to a different tower) etc. No idea why it happens. One time in particular I can remember this happening was when I had my new(er) BB Curve. Data stopped working for the day (the whole day...even though the 3G symbol was present) and I was traveling to another city 100 miles away where I know I'd gotten data before. Nope. Nothing. The next day, woke up and it was fine again.

    No clue here.

    I've whittled it down to a no 3G issue. Where I live, 75% of the time im on 3G, and maybe 25% 4G. I just can't get 3G it seems now, as I seem to intermittently get 4G at about the rate I normally get it.

    Over the past couple of days I have not been getting 4g. I will get 3g then it will go down to 1x then nothing. Today 3g has been working consistently but I'm not sure what is to blame, the phone/radio/sim card or Verizon's network. Has anyone else been having problems lately with Verizon's network? I live in Indy, in case anyone in the area is experiencing the same thing.

    Yeah, been happening in LA too. And my GPS is taking forrrreeevvveerrr to get a signal. Normally it's just a few seconds.

    This happened to me too this morning I noticed that I cannot connect to the Verizon internet network. It connects to my wireless router at home just fine but will not connect to Verizons network. Tried everything I found on the internet but nothing works. Any ideas how to fix this?

    Im going to guess its a network issue at the moment as I have had trouble all weekend with data (mine is common just much worse this weekend), as well as my wife's Dinc2 which never has trouble.

    Tried calling Verizon just now and it says they are experiencing a high volume of calls right now. Makes me wonder if its a verizon problem.

    My 4G was out for hours yesterday and into the evening... things worked fine on 3G though. Wow, we sure are spoiled data snobs now... :p

    I loose data connections when my phone says it's in 3G "D" mode (the "D" is under the 3G. Not sure what it means or why, but when I see the "D" you can kiss data goodby.
