can anybody change their cycle date in settings> data usage? I was able to a while back, but now I notice that changing the date isn't even an option. the same goes for my wife's new commando 4g...
I thought it may have been because I had mobile data turned off, or didn't set to limit or alert, but I was able to debunk that thought quickly.
