Help Data Usage Cycle stuck, not updating...

Before the update my data usage cycle would auto update according to the date and month. Uhmm so for example last month it would be set to Nov 2 - Dec 1, so this month, Since it's already Dec 3rd, it should be set to Dec 2 - Jan 1 BUT...........

Ever since the update (Jellybean 4.3), this has ceased to happen and even though it has just passed midnight to December 3rd here, my data usage cycle still indicates that of Nov 2 - Dec 1..

Is anyone else having this problem please? Any suggestions are welcomed as to how to fix this please.

eh... nevermind, this morning when I woke up it updated itself, but the date format changed, but it might be because it goes from 2012 to 2013 now...
