    Hi,
I have Samsung Galaxy Prevail LTE.
    Samsung SM-G360P
    Android version 4.4.4
However, after doing "factory reset", I ran diskdigger with "a deep scan" to scan my phone's internal memory. However, there are no files found at all. It seemed as though factory reset deleted all data permanently.

    Thanks a lot,
I am sorry that I still don't get you.
Data will never be recovered anymore. Which means it is normal that diskdigger didn't find files.

When you do a factory data reset it removes all the user data in your phone. So yes, everything in your phone prior to the reset is permanently gone.

He means that the factory data reset worked. That's what it does, delete everything on your phone and ideally make them not recoverable. So if you can't recover the data, that means factory data reset was successful.
