Help Data.xml Files

Hi there. I was just going through my "my files" folder on my galaxy s7 and in the documents folder I found quite a few folders that are named data.xml. I have no idea what these folders are as when I click on them to open them up it looks like a whole lot of mumbo-jumbo to me.
I was wondering if anyone could tell me if I can delete these files from my phone.

Thanks heaps dannydet. I have no idea, I just deleted 141 of them
