I am a public speaker and have a load of speaking notes (hundreds). I upload these to the Cloud and access them when needed (PDF).
I have created a simple FileMaker Pro dbase that stores the PDF, date, title, speaker and short description (as well as allows me to search). I run this from my Windows machine where I write the notes in Word and save them as PDF (I do not write the notes on the Tab
