Support DataViz Documents to Go not displaying correctly

    Does anyone else use Documents to Go by DataViz? I cannot get it to display italicized text at all. You can go to Menu - Format - Italic and then start typing and it just shows non-italicized text. It will bold and underline text but not italicized. I've tried resetting and reinstalling but to no avail. I've also noticed this problem on an s3 as well. Has anyone else noticed this or is it something I've done wrong? It works perfect on my old Motorola Droid and a side-by-side comparison shows everything set up the same. Has Samsung done something differently in TouchWiz?

    edit: I've also submitted a support ticket with Dataviz over a week ago and have not heard anything back from them.
