Help Dead Pixels

Three months in on my G2 I lost A pixel, since it is under warranty they sent a new one the next day, the day before i had received my second G2, two pixels died on the screen, the day i got the replacement the dead pixels doubled. my question is could this be from dropping the device, or just a screen that would inevitably die out Manufacture Error?

Thoughts?
