Root Dead touchscreen

Someone installed a custom rom on friends tablet, and screw it up. Finally I unbricked it but touchscreen is not responding. I guess that guy was doing something with FwTool, as I found on net there could be problems with it.
Now there is CyanogenMod on tablet. Anyone have same problem, or even better a solution??

Is there any way to return the tablet back to stock?

Otherwise i am going to move this into the Root forum for this device.

Doubt it, can't find stock rom anywhere.

So if you factory reset the device it just resets back to Cyanogen Mod?
