Debugging mode with broken screen?

I have this phone with a broken screen I need to enable debugging mode on, any ideas?

If the whatever it is phone supports video out, maybe it could be connected to a monitor?

you will need a bluetooth mouse since you can't get to the developers option to select usb debugging. it usually requires you to tap the screen more than several times.....op, i think you are pretty much screwed.

cut your losses and get a new phone.
