default app conflict

okay! here's the deal: when i use apps like Hansent and chompSMS the default message app still recives the message and notifies me that a new one has come in.
And now, out of freaking nowhere, it now ask's for a default app when i press my home button even if i told it tons of times that its sense thats default!
what to do?

Not sure about the second issue with the home key, very odd.

However, on the first one, have you changed the settings in the default message app so that is doesn't give you a notification? ie you have to switch the old app off

Messages > Menu key > settings > Notifications

its easy to get up on my phone cause it dont know what to do!, hold the home button untill you see the recent apps (or dont know what it is) and press home again. and wham!
