Default Home, Music, Pictures & Videos ?

I would like to completely remove Mediascape and install the default sound/picture/movie applications.
I'd also like to have the default Android theme and home, instead of the Sony Ericsson bullshit..

Is this possible ?

Just wait a couple more days (weeks?) until someone finds an easy way to root it, then you can do anything you want on it.
