I have got a HTC desire which i have rooted an installed apps2sd using this link, http://nimbu.amorvi.com/2010/05/how-...ur-htc-desire/

But how do i find out for sure whether apps2sd is working? Reason im asking is that i have installed a few apps and the internal memory has gone down slightly.

I have done abit of research and it could be down to the dalvik cache? Is this true, if so can the dalvik cache be moved to the sd?

apps to sd either does not work at all, or moves stuff to sd every time u restart the phone, but in any case, every app reduces the itnernal memory a tiny bit, even if apps2sd is working fine.

if you followed that guide then dalvik cache is already on the sdcard. It will go down a little bit, but you will have loads of room to install apps, i've installed over 200 and still have plenty of space (many large games too)
