My default weather/clock disappeared from my home screen today. Went to widgets tried to reapply to home screen - got message saying it was already on home screen...but, It's Not. It is apparently Missing in Action. Please Help me find it.

Have you tried turning it on and off again?

Yes, and still MIA. Uninstalled all new apps and deleted all downloads but still MIA. Thanks

Did you accidentally uninstall the weather app? Is this default on your device? What device do you have?

Not that I'm aware. My device is a Samsung Galaxy G4. Thanks.

Long press where it used to be and try to remove it (if it vibrates/looks like it thinks it's still there). I had that happen once before, the widget was gone but it wouldn't let me re-load it until I removed the empty space

I'm wondering if this is an issue with the weather widget or TouchWiz. Try going into your Settings >> Application manager, slide over to the 'ALL' category, scroll down to the 'TouchWiz home' icon. Open it, tap on the 'Force stop' button then the 'Clear cache' button. Close it and scroll down to see any 'Weather' relevant apps. Do a 'Force stop' and 'Clear cache' on those too. Then restart your S4 so everything gets rebooted.
