just wondering if you guys are experiencing this as well.

is there a slight lag, or delay after you press the power or home button to turn on the screen?

I didn't have this issue on my DHD, yet with the S2 there's almost a whole second (yea i know it's not the end of the world, but why can't it be snappier?)

I get a slight delay too but I put it down to the phone coming out of a kinda 'deep sleep' state.... Which throttles down the CPU speed and conserves energy.

Yep, everyone has this. It doesn't happen if you're playing music or charging it.
It drives me potty. Basically, it's the only grievance I have with this phone.

I use an application called no lock which disables the lockscreen, so at the very least, even though the screen takes a while to come on, I don't have to waste time unlocking it.
