    Hi,
I have a zebpad 7c tablet running android 4.0.4. Tab heats up fast and charging doesn't last long (I got it for free from friend). I want to use this tab for experiment. try and build my own os(TRYing!). But I need a clean slate to start with. I don't want to do factory reset or delete any app I want to delete the entire android os.... Delete the ENTIRE ANDROID OS IT SELF...Any help???

Flashing a new ROM will overwrite the old one, so there's no real advantage in erasing the OS.

But if you really want to, then if you can find (or build) a custom recovery for this thing you can use that to erase the ROM and kernel (/system and /boot partitions). Or you can use "fastboot erase <partition name>" to wipe them. If you are thinking of doing this sort of thing I assume you know about fastboot already.
