on the moto droid you could click the Alt key and then pressing backspace once would delete the entire line of text. This was great for URLs in particular (I use Steel) and of course for emails/texts where I just wanted to start over.

Well there's no Alt button w the DI and I've been through the manual and the built-in tutorial... how the heck do I get the phone to do this? Sure I can just hooooooooooooooold backspace until I've deleted everything but that's silly.

    Thoughts?
