Help Delete sync with outloook leave copy on Desktop?

I am new to the Motorola Andoid Pro, synced with outlook through exchange server. When I delete from PDA it deletes from the outlook inbox on desktop, is there a way to leave a copy on desktop for future reference?

I don't think that there is a way to do that. The whole point of the Exchange Server (and the feature that everybody wants) is to be able to synchronize between all of your devices, so if it's deleted on one, it's deleted on all, if it's sent on one, it appears in the sent folder of all, etc.
