Root deleted accounts and settings now cant install them back

i rooted and added titanium backup started deleting bloatware. deleted the wrong accounts and sync and now i dont have it. i found the apk files along with the odex files. move them to system/app with root explorer and when i go to install it it wont install it. says not installed. i dont really use the setting much but not having it there kind of stresses me out haha. any help will be appreciated
