I have uninstalled some apps yet they still show under the Programs, why is that?

For example I had an app called Bubble Burst Free BUT I uninstalled it - though now when I long press on the homescreen, select Program, Bubble Burst Free still appears (along with a few other uninstalled apps) though when you select it nothing happens, which obviously shows it has been deleted BUT its annoying to still see it there.

How do I go about removing those uninstalled apps from appearing?

Also I have downloaded a few apps BUT they dont show up on the list of programs when I try to add to the homescreen????

    Thanks in advance

I uninstall all apps using "Ex-uninstaller" seems to work a treat. If you have problems installing too, there may be an issue with your market.
