Help Deleted systems app and cannot turn on device.HELP!

Hello guys,this is my 2nd post in the forum.I have a phone Lenovo A816 it has viruses before so I clean the virus with computer......But I accidentally delete the system app,and i reboot the device.......But its keep showing me the logo.......I tried wipe data &cache its work get into the lockscreen but when I swipe up it has a black screen.......SO!! CAN I DO SOMETHING WITH THIS PHONE???????Please help meeee!!!!!!
