Deleting a contact group

I synced my contacts with Exchange and then synced email with Touchdown. Touchdown also synced all my contacts so they are in the phone twice. Under the contacts tab you can sort by groups but none of these groups can be deleted? I want to delete the Touchdown contacts and use Touchdown only for email.

Maybe I shoud simplify this question. Can a Contact Group be deleted?

I would like to know, too. I sync'd with my Corporate Exchange email account, which has all of my contacts. So instead of the 80 or so that I care about, it also downloaded 'suggested' contacts, so I have just under a thousand contacts in my phone!!!

Fortunately the ones that I care about are under their own group, so it helps with the sorting, but still...
