    How do you delete an app that will not delete? I know how to delete using the trashcan icon, but programs like Twidroyd will not delete, it turns red when held over the trash can and will not delete, also used manage applications, but it will not let me uninstall. Whats the secret?

    The preinstalled apps are in the system memory. The only way to delete them is root your phone. Please look at the rooting subforum for more info.

    Just an FYI: When you drag an app from the phones desktop to the trash can, that only removes the app from the desktop. It doesn't delete the app from the phone.

    To delete downloaded apps from the Market, you have to go into Settings - Applications - Manage Applications and tap on the Downloaded or On SD Card tab at the top. Locate the app and tap on it, then tap on uninstall.

    To delete apps that come pre-installed on the phone... Andy's got ya covered. ;)

    In simpler terms;

    Guest = the access that virgin mobile gives you
    Root = giving yourself Admin access
