Hello and welcome to Android Forums! 
If you head to settings and apps, you should be able to find each app (most likely in "Downloaded")... by pressing each one, you should get the option to uninstall, unless you are talking about system apps, in which case, you would need to root your phone/app... if that is the case, you would be better signing up and asking in the "All Things Root" section for your phone (so that other members with the same device can offer you help and advice).
