One particular thread in my HTC wildfire has accumulated over 3000 messages, whenever I try and delete this thread using HTC messages, it takes hours and hours and then force resets. I have attempted using many different apps but the same will happen. Is there any special way i can solve this. I really do not want to factory reset as i have a lot of pictures/music and important things on this phone. Please somebody must know a special tip or trick or maybe even an app to help me, it's slowing my whole phone down!

Any help will be muchly appreciated!

    Kindest Regards
    Luke
