Deleting One Or Two Contacts

I don't want to delete ALL my contacts...just a few here or there...

Can that be done without deleting all of them?

People-->Menu-->Delete Contacts-->"Mark whichever you want to delete"-->Done.

Or even easier, people, press and hold on their name, popup menu appears, choose delete or any other option.
