Deleting photes in Galaxy Note 2

Unable to delete pictures in Gallery. No delete function found. Touched pic until menu came up but had no delete

Welcome to the site, have you tried long pressing to see and then menu to see if there is a delete button once you check mark, if not, then I will direct you to your device forum, I am sure they will square you away quickly there.
