Help Dell Optiplex 7010 (System UI Stopped)

I have a Dell Optiplex 7010 and cannot get Android x86, Bliss OS, or any other android pc project to work on my pc without saying "System UI Has Stopped" I am not sure what the problem is. Have used GT 710 card, removed card and used onboard graphics, 64 bit and 32 bit, all with the same outcome. Anyone had this issue?

Bluestacks barely runs android apps in my personal experience. Have installed it on several devices and is not what I am looking for. Since i can't seem to find a legit Chrome OS distro to include android apps, I am looking to install an x86 version of android on a PC for my father. I keep running into this issue though.
