Recently, I lost a filling, so now I have to go to the dentist to have it replaced, before it turns into a bigger problem requiring a root canal (or worse!)

What are some of the words, items or concepts you associate with dental office visits?

    I'll start with ROOT CANAL.

Classic movie scenes with Laurence Olivier and Dustin Hoffman. So I'll go with "Is it safe?"

    imagination

Oddly enough, the whole thing was all in my head, figuratively but not literally! There WAS NO LOST FILLING! The lady dentist looked at me like she didn't know what to think, but their office was only too happy to take my money for the 3 x-rays & the needless consultation.
