Tried asking repeatedly in the note 3 forum, but nobody seems to even look at that forum anymore.

I have an sm-n900 note 3. I want to use xposed. Xposed author won't support Android 5 on anything Samsung unless you get a deodexed ROM. Problem is... Far as I can find, there is literally no such thing for this phone. All the carrier locked ones do on XDA, but nothing for this unlocked model. Closest u could find claimed to be Android 5.1, but... For a non matching country code (mine is TTT). Samsung naturally won't provide a deodexed ROM for this phone.

What do i do here?

Deodex a ROM yourself?

I can't try that method myself you use art your own risk.

There are also a load of ROMs listed here: http://www.grantbarker.com/samsung-galaxy-note-3.html

Nothing there that will work for you?
Literally none of the Roms on that list match the country ckde. Which, to my understanding of how Knox works, will cause an automatic brick. Downgrading would also automatically brick.

So, not sure what else to do.

Unsure if this will still work: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2417657

It's old and mentions dalvik not ART, but the options are still there.
Just gave that a quick read through after seeing your response. According to some of the people in the thread, no, that will not deodex the whole /system, which is the requirement to get any build of Xposed Framework to not create a soft-brick, a.k.a. unending bootloop. It would only deodex for apps; Xposed Framework requires the ROM to be deodexed.
