Apps Designing Widgets

I thought this was the development section...

I want TO "CREATE" widgets....I'm sorry but those are just some random dumb apps...I have no use whatsoever of that.

I want to make it , in eclipse...using JAVA and XML ....just the way that normal people make apps for android.

Sorry I didn't realize what forum this was in, I'm using tapatalk. Uccw is actually a pretty cool app though.

Anyway, it's not that big of a deal, I'm sure someone else will reply with an answer that will make you happy. I was just trying to help...

And I'm sry ...It's just that over 3 months of learning android has got me nowhere...I still don't have a single app on the market..
I just want to get there fast.
