Hey, I don't know if anyone else has had this problem with their DHd but I had a hairy moment earlier. The power button on my DHD was not responding. I read a few forums and apparently they get stuck now and then. I decided to get a small glasses screwdriver and gently flicked the button with it, this made the button pop back out.

This may be a com in problem just thought I would share my experience.

Personally never experienced this but sounds pretty annoying if you had it outdoors.

The power button on my DHD suddently became irresponsive, so I thought it got stuck or broken. I spilt some milk on it and thought that might be the reason for the fault.

My DHD is running Android 2.3.5
    HTC Sense 3.0
    Software number 3.12.405.1

    Symptoms:

I've exactly the same issues as described by Cookie57. Unfortunately, leaving out the battery for 6 hours didn't help to solve the problem.

Although my desire hd been through some repairs (new lcd and touchscreen, new call speaker) it worked perfectly until a week ago when suddenly the issues occurred.

does anyone (else) has an idea to solve this? Could it be a software issue?

    thanks
