well i got my DHD a couple days ago, and it worked perfectly for the first day....then i noticed it went very laggy and buggy, would of thought it had a 200 meg processor lol.

got very annoying, txting was horrid, so much delay. pushing the home key then waiting a couple seconds for it to react. not sure what was causing this as it was fine when i first got it. decided to do a factory reset, which sorted the issue but i seemed to loose a few of the skins that were on the phone (from new) and instead replaced by a new lot that were imo..more rubbish, which sucked abit.

but yer if you get any buggy issues then give it a reset, should sort it :)

LOVE the phone, HATE the battery.

Turn debug mode on this will fix your lag issue.

The 'lag' issue is well documented. Search for 'init process' as well as 'lag problem'. Turn on 'usb debugging' on your connection as is said above and all is well. It's an Android problem not a DHD problem.
