Okay, I downloaded the PB00IMG file and placed in the root directoy of my phone. I shutdown the phone and repowered up by pressing the Vol Down key and the Power key simultaneously. The screen came up showing the Unzipping of the files ( USERDATA, SYSTEM, RECOVERY, etc...). Then the phone would ask for me to start update, for which I say yes by pressing the trackball. Then it goes back to SD Checking.... saying "wrong image or no image".

    What does that mean?

The files in my phone's root directory include the PBOOIMG, Recovery, and the Nonsensikal ROM files. Did I miss a step?

Got it!!! Panic over. Thought I had ruined my phone...
