I used the RootMyX one click root. It said it's successful and it has that ninja/superuser icon there. Now what? I tap that icon and nothing comes up. is there another step? I'm confused and new to this. Please help.

The superuser app just grants permissions to root required apps.

What apps are rooted? How can I access them? And how can I install themes? I don't get much of this. Do I just drag and drop the whole folder onto the SD Card?

You will have to download apps that are rooted. Root Explorer, Drocap2, Terminal Emulator, etc. There is a list of the good ones stickied on the top of this page.

To put on themes, you just place the whole zip file on your sd card. Dont put it in a folder, just straight on there. Then boot into recovery and install the file. Simple as that.
