Did you get a google music invite?

Just wondering if anyone on here got an invite. I signed up last week and I haven't received one yet. If you did get one, how is the service? I hear it's awesome! I hope they send them out soon.
I got mine yesterday afternoon. Have been uploading songs ever since. Haven't tried it out on my TB yet, but I'm playing it here at work through Chrome and I really like it so far. Couple bugs here and there, but seems to work pretty good.
No, I hate this stupid invite shit, it's childish. I've been a google supporter and user for years, but I have to wait for someone to pick my email address?? The gmail beta was dumb and so is this!
It's not as childish as you think. They do limited beta testing because its easier for them to manage on a case by case basis to see how users do things, how they break it, how much space they use, and many other factors. Be patient and you'll get one soon enough when they work out more kinks and they rely less on the case by case and start to move on to the glaring issues.
If you remember when the Gmail beta started, invites were scarce, then they started to pick up with many users getting 1 or 2 every couple of days, until I remember having 50 at my disposal every week.
You obviously haven't been on Gmail long enough to remember having to wait for an invite for that too. 
Relax people, it was announced a week ago. Imagine a brand new, ground breaking service released to the entire unknowing world--and it breaks in a few hours.

Who said it was broken??? I've been using it through the web all day and my collection from home has been uploading since last night. I'm at about 1720 songs uploaded. Listened to it on my TB for a little bit and it worked great.

But, FYI for everyone, it is working great. I really like it. (I've only said this like 3 times now, so this is the last time!)
btw, unless you can produce live screenshots, i'm not convinced you're using it.

The only way I can really prove the image is real is if you look at the top right is my email address. Let me know if you need more proof!
schmaltzy: Thanks for giving the details. Assuming that Google is rolling out invites first come first serve based on when we placed the requests, can you recollect exactly when you had placed the request for an invite?

I put in my invite the day I heard about Music Beta. I was watching the real time blog over at Droid Life when he was at Google I/O. I think that was last Tuesday, the 10th. As soon as Google announced it and Droid Life threw up the link, I went to the site and it automatically signed me up for it. Then got my invite yesterday at about 5:00 PM.

patiently waiting. excited for this invite. i am using amazon cloud drive right now, and its ok, but i haven't loaded everything, waiting for G.'s generous 20k song allotment!

Oh god, I remember Gmail. My bff got it first and sent me an invite so I didn't have to wait too long for that one. Google voice took forever to get. I finally got an invite for that and then they open it up to everyone, just peachy. Swype took forever too. Invite is the way to go for all the great things I guess.
Ive been using this for a few days and have about 6k songs on it so far. Works good on xoom and in the browser, but not sure how to get the songs to sync with my thunderbolt. I downloaded the new Music beta app on there and everything and still no dice. Anyone else have this problem?

edit: is music stored on your phone supposed to show up in your library and vice versa? I have music stored on my laptop that shows up on google music, but not on my phone and have music on my phone that doesn't show up on google music. Did I miss something here?

I got mine, but I wasn't sure if I only got it since I had the Xoom or not, but it appears not if some of you guys got them as well. It does suck waiting on invites though.
