Hi, Does anyone know if different model phones batteries can be used in the Gnex. I'm coming from the Dinc and I think I have a touch pro 2 battery in it now. Wondering if something like this will be possible with the Gnex. Just gives me more options and pricing to pick up a couple cheap spare batteries.

ANother reason not to get the Nexus. MUST use higher priced NFC enabled batteries if you want to use NFC - which heck, may have little use given most vendors are going to use the ISIS system.
Seriously? First of all, the batteries only have a tiny, cheap antenna in them. There will be cheap NFC batteries. Second, ISIS uses NFC. ISIS is simply a payment standard, it's not a hardware technology. So your ISIS phones will still use the same NFC hardware as Wallet/PayPass. Pick your poison. Either they significantly complicate the backing to the battery compartment, requiring a thicker and more structured back with some kind of electrical connection into the phone to support the antenna... or you include the antenna in a piece that ALREADY has electrical connections into the phone. Either way, there is increased cost and replacement expenses. However, only one of those methods results in no compromise to the structure of the phone.
off topic but on, does anywhere know where to get cheap NFC tags? would like one on my car dash, one on my bedside table etc, to set the phone up for bluetooth/silent etc.

Verizon Galaxy Nexus extended battery makes blurrycam debut, shows off its hump - Engadget not that much bigger but maybe just enough?
I think it looks awesome. Even though it's not a huge jump in capacity, it's virtually unnoticeable in size so the 15% increase or whatever it is sounds good to me.
