Help Disable 4g when wireless is enabled

Is there a way to have it automatically turn off 4g when wireless is enabled? I'm running into a problem where I try to browse the internet on wireless and it yells at me for having no data connection... so annoying. If I turn off 4g straight up I will have to enable it everytime I leave my wireless area.

I keep network packet data off At all times except when I need to go online while out of range of wifi. That way I don't accidentally watch a video and chew up my monthly quotas
